[WMSCOG] Salvation Is Given to Those Who Celebrate the Feasts

Christ Ahnsahnghong restored God's seven feasts divided into three festival periods.
Only World Mission Society Church of God keep the God’s feasts so WMSCOG is Zion.
To enter the kingdom of heaven, we have to keep the feasts of God in Zion.

The Bible likens the kingdom of heaven to a very precious treasure hidden in a field (Mt. 13:44~46). Jesus said that when a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. Through His words, we can understand how great and precious our salvation is.
As the people of Zion, we are to treat all God's feasts of the new covenant like treasure and celebrate them. Now, let's confirm through the Bible that only those who celebrate the feasts of God are given the heavenly glory with which they can freely visit the galaxies in the infinite universe, the everlasting kingdom.

Temporary visit to the universe and eternal visit to it

Most people in the world have a yearning for traveling outward into space. Those who have ever visited the outer space said the same thing that they could not deny the existence of God the Creator because the starry heavens in the universe were so beautiful.
I heard on the news recently that a travel agency in the United States received applicants for a trip into space: It would cost them over one million dollars to go round the moon once and return to the earth; even though it required such a great deal of money, there were many applicants wishing to enjoy the ecstasy of seeing the universe one time.

Even if they win the tickets to the universe in the face of fierce competition, they will just visit the space station and the moon or fly around the earth, worrying about an accident that might occur. The distance between them is just like the distance from one point to another in the universe. To visit such places one time, they will willingly spend an astronomical amount of money.

Hearing such news, we come to reconsider whether we've fully understood the value of salvation, whether we've been insensible to the value of the blessing given to us because it is so great. If just one trip into space is valuable enough to spend so much money, how much more valuable is the everlasting travel into the universe! We cannot imagine how great its value is.

God has promised us that we will travel around the spacious universe forever and ever. Just because we believe in God and keep His laws, God has freely given us grace and made us good enough to enter the kingdom of heaven. How great the value of the kingdom of heaven is!

What if a person promises to give you one million dollars? You will make every effort to get the money; you will do whatever he wants you to do, won't you? However, its value cannot compare with the value of the salvation which God gives. We must not lose such a great blessing by failing to endure temporary difficulties like Esau. Instead, we are to know the value of salvation and give thanks always, that we will surely enter the kingdom of God.

Relationship between God's people-His temple-and the feasts

The Bible tells us that celebrating the feasts of God is a necessary condition for entering the kingdom of heaven, and that those who celebrate the feasts are given a great blessing as follows:

1Co. 3:16~17 『Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.』
The Bible describes us as the temple of God. This implies that the temple is where the covenant of God exists. The temple is a place where we offer sacrifice to God in accordance with the words of the covenant given by God: burnt offering for the Sabbath and offerings for the appointed feasts.

So we are to become the temple of God where the feasts are celebrated, in order to attain salvation and reach the heavenly kingdom. In the Old Testament times, the blood sacrifice of animals was offered in the temple, and in the New Testament times it has been changed into a spiritual sacrifice-the worship in spirit and truth. Now, each one of us, not a visible building itself, is the temple of God. Every saint, the temple of God, is to worship on the weekly Sabbath and also at the seven annual feasts three times a year.

If no worship is offered in the temple at God's appointed times, it doesn't need to exist anymore. There are numerous churches around the world, and many who claim to believe in God are confident that they will enter the kingdom of heaven. However, their faith is vain unless they keep the feasts of God, even though they are so diligent in living out their faith through their own worship. If they keep Sunday and Christmas originated with sun worship, they are already the temple of the sun, not the temple of God.

Through the Old Testament history, we can see that God was enraged when His temple was full of idols and abominable things. If there is no covenant and no celebration of God's feasts including the Sabbath in the temple-each individual Christian, the temple is already devastated and defiled. God said He would destroy the temple, the person. Can he be saved then? Never. The Bible clearly tells us the final outcome of the false churches that do not celebrate the feasts of God.

God gathers those who celebrate His appointed feasts

Then, what will be the outcome for God's people who offer holy worship to God through the feasts? Let's take a look at Zephaniah 3.

Zep. 3:14~20 『Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem! ...The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. The sorrows for the appointed feasts I will remove from you ["I will gather those who grieve about the appointed feasts," NASB]; they are a burden and a reproach to you. At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you; I will rescue the lame and gather those who have been scattered. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they were put to shame. At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes," says the LORD.』

God says that He will gather those who celebrate the appointed feasts and give them honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth.

Those who grieve about the feasts and make every effort to celebrate them-God quiets them with His love and saves them. We should be proud of keeping the feasts of God with faith and work for the gospel more devotedly. Though we often fail to feel the grace of God because it is so great, God who never lies will give us His people, who keep the feasts, all the blessings He has promised us.

Zep. 2:1~3 『Gather together, gather together, O shameful nation, before the appointed time arrives and that day sweeps on like chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD comes upon you, before the day of the LORD's wrath comes upon you. Seek the LORD, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the LORD's anger.

The Bible says that all the humble of the earth, who obey God's commands, will be sheltered on the day of His anger. God's promise to rescue His people from disasters is fulfilled through His feasts.

The promise of salvation contained in the feasts

Since we are God's people as His temple, we must keep all His feasts. The Bible clearly testifies that without feasts there is no salvation.

Zec. 14:16~19 『Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD Almighty, they will have no rain. If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. The LORD will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles.

The Feast of Tabernacles is one of God's seven feasts divided into three festival periods-it is the seventh and the last of all the feasts. The Bible says that those who do not celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles will suffer disasters.

We cannot be saved nor enter the kingdom of heaven without keeping the feasts, can we?
God has promised us the forgiveness of sins and eternal life through the feast of the Passover on which disasters pass over.

Jn. 6:53~54 『Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."』

Mt. 26:17~19, 26~28 『 ... He replied, "Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, 'The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.'" So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. ...While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."』

Jesus says that he who eats His flesh and drinks His blood will have eternal life. He calls the Passover bread His body, and the wine His blood. We eat Jesus' flesh and drink His blood through the feast of the Passover.

Putting the above Biblical words together, we come to understand that only he who celebrates the Passover can partake of eternal life by eating Jesus' flesh and drinking His blood and he who doesn't keep it has no life in him. In other words, there is no salvation, no eternal life, for those who do not observe the feasts.

Salvation is for the people of Zion who celebrate the feasts

God has established Zion the city of the appointed feasts and brought us into Zion. We are to offer up to our heavenly Father and Mother the sacrifice of joy, thanksgiving and praise every day.

Isa. 33:20~24 『Look upon Zion, the city of our festivals; your eyes will see Jerusalem, a peaceful abode, a tent that will not be moved; its stakes will never be pulled up, nor any of its ropes broken. There the LORD will be our Mighty One. It will be like a place of broad rivers and streams. No galley with oars will ride them, no mighty ship will sail them. For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is he who will save us. ... No one living in Zion will say, "I am ill"; and the sins of those who dwell there will be forgiven.

World Mission Society Church of God is Zion.

God forgives the sins of those who dwell in Zion, the place where they celebrate their religious festivals, and saves them. Salvation is given only to the people who keep the feasts. So God says that He will gather those who grieve about the appointed feasts and give them praise and honor among all the peoples of the earth. And He also says that those who celebrate the feasts will escape disasters but those who don't keep the feasts will suffer them.

God says that salvation comes out of Zion, the city of the appointed feasts. But the devil deceives people by saying that they don't have to keep the feasts or if they keep them they cannot be saved. We must not be deceived by such nonsense. Everything taught against God's word is nothing but a deceitful lie of the devil. God tells us to watch out for false prophets, saying that by their fruit we will recognize them (Mt. 7:15~20). By their deeds against God's word, we should recognize their identity.

Let's confirm whether or not the people, who celebrate the feasts, can escape all disasters and be saved at God's appointed time.

Rev. 14:1~4 『Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads. ...And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they kept themselves pure. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among men and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb.』

In Zion the city of the appointed feasts are the 144,000 redeemed from the earth. In vision, the Apostle John saw the people with God in the place of the appointed feasts, rejoicing in their joy at deliverance. Salvation cannot come out of the place where there is no feast of God. Many believe that they can receive blessing and salvation even in a place without the feasts, because they lack knowledge of the Bible. However, there is no promise of heaven in such a place; what waits for them is only a curse, the punishment of hell. We are to worship God in spirit and truth only in Zion the place of God's appointed feasts, fully understanding the value of the salvation which God has granted to us.

Before long, those who celebrate the feasts of God will share in the glorious salvation, freely traveling into the universe. Let's preach this good news of salvation to all people around the world, so that they can also go to such a spacious and beautiful world together. They desire to travel to the moon one time even by spending a great deal of money-over one million dollars. Let them know that there is a free ticket not only to the moon but also to other planets such as Mars, Venus and the Bear.

We are sure of our salvation because we dwell in the spiritual Zion, the city of God's appointed feasts. Giving thanks and praise to God for giving us the feasts and the promise of eternal glory, we shall joyfully obey the good will of God.

[World Mission Society Church of God]The Passover of Christ is once a year.

World Mission Society Church of God keeps the Passover of the New Covenant on January 14th (by sacred calendar) at twilight (sunset).
Christ Ahnsahnghong who brought back the Passover of the New Covenant is Second Coming Christ.

Many people are not familiar with Passover and those who know about call it the Jewish Passover. 3500 years ago Jehovah God commanded the Israelites to keep the Passover by slaughtering a lamb and those who kept it were saved from the destruction.

Jesus Christ came 2,000 years ago and he commanded his disciples to keep the Passover, not killing a lamb but by eating his flesh and his blood for he came as the Passover lamb for the forgiveness of sins.

1Co. 5:7 Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.

Jesus Christ made this Passover an everlasting covenant for his children; that include us, Christians. Christ kept Passover as an example not only for the disciples but also for us. If we don’t keep the Passover, we can’t receive Eternal Life, therefore we can’t go to Heaven.

Jn. 6:53~54 Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

Only on the night of the Passover Jesus said this bread is my body and this wine is my blood (Mt. 17:26~28). But by the Council of Nicaea in 325A.D. Constantine abolished the Passover, he instituted Communion, but such thing is not in the Bible, is not part of the teachings from Christ but from men. Passover disappeared and that’s when everyone started keeping what they thought it was Passover and keeping it whenever they wanted.

We have 850 denominations and each follows as they please, some keep Communion, others Eucharist or the Holy supper. Some keep it every week, others once a month and others every 6 months. Not only has the name been changed but also a date. God already gave an appointed time to the Passover.

Lev. 23:4~5 'These are the LORD's appointed feasts, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times: The LORD's Passover begins at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month.

By sacred calendar the Passover is to be kept on January 14th at twilight (sunset) not whenever we want for we can’t change Gods commands, it is only once a year. Does it matter the date? YES! GOD SAID! We can’t take his words lightly we have to do as he said.

Ex. 13:10 You must keep this ordinance at the appointed time year after year.

Please consider the Passover, it’s for our salvation. Nowadays we keep the Passover because of our Father Christ Ahnsahnghong, he is the 2nd Coming Christ who brought back the Passover.

World Mission Society Church of God - Heavenly Mother is Source of Forgiveness of Sins.

God the Mother, Heavenly Jerusalem is the Source of living water and she gives us the forgiveness of sins.
Come World Mission Society Church of God and believes in God the Mother to receive forgiveness of sins.

The span of our earthly life is 60 or 70 years and anything beyond that point is nothing but sorrowful and painful. Is this earth really designed for us to be happy here? Actually, it is a sin to preach that God is going to make this earth the Kingdom of Heaven for it is written:

Rev. 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

Everything on this earth will be destroyed because of the sin we have committed against God (Isa 24:1~5).
Ro. 6:23 for the wages of sin is death ...

Because we committed sin we have to face death. There is no one here on earth that doesn't have to die. Then, what is God's plan for us? Do you believe God will put us here on earth and allow us to have knowledge of God for nothing?
While we are on this earth we need to meet God in the flesh who will give us the forgiveness of sins so that we can go back to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Zec. 13:1 On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.

Zec. 14:8 On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea, in summer and in winter
Jerusalem which living water flows from is Heavenly Jerusalem, not earthly Jerusalem.
Gal. 4:26But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.

Heavenly Jerusalem, God the Mother is the fountain of blessings in the last days who will give us the forgiveness of sins. 2000 years ago Jesus Christ appeared and gave the forgiveness of sins to all who believed in Him. In these Last Days, Second Coming Jesus and Heavenly Mother are also calling us to give us forgiveness of sins (Rev 22:17).

If you come to Heavenly Mother Jerusalem, she will deliver You and give you eternal life and the blessing of the forgiveness of sins.

Ahnsahnghong, the New Name

Christ Ahnsahnghong is Second Coming Christ because he brought back the Passover.
Christ Ahnsahnghong established World Mission Society Church of God.

My family and friends continue to ask me why I believe Ahnsahnghong is Jesus who came a 2nd time if His name is not found in the bible. And I agree and understand where they are coming from. So then I ask them the same questions, why do you believe in Jesus Christ? So my answer to them is in the bible. Jesus said…

Jn. 5:39 You diligently study the scriptures because you think by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me yet you refuse to come to me to have life.

The bible clearly testifies to Jesus Christ. But when we look at the bible today, of course we can find the name Jesus all over in the New Testament. But find me the name of Jesus found in the Old Testament. No where can you find the name Jesus Christ. Actually God Almighty was prophesied to come with the name Emmanuel (Isa. 7:14) but He came with the name Jesus. 2000 years ago it was so hard to believe that Jesus was God in the flesh. But the scriptures testify to Christ. So we have to check the scriptures for proof and fact about God. The bible says…

Heb. 9:28 So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people, but He will appear a second time not to bear sin but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

The bible says Jesus without a doubt will come a second time. So when he comes a second time, what name will he have?

Rev. 3:11~13 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have so that no one will take your crown…; and I will also write on him my new name. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

In the book of revelation, we see that Jesus is speaking here and He says he is coming soon, but he says he is coming with a NEW NAME!! This means that when Jesus comes a 2nd time, He can come with any name except the name of Jesus. God Ahnsahnghong, creator of the universe, came to this earth a 2nd time as prophesied and brought back the truth that was hidden for ages and generations.  He brought back salvation by giving us the Passover bread and wine to give us the promise of eternal life. According to the bible in Hebrews 9, only Christ can bring salvation. As sinners destined to die, the Passover is our way to receive forgiveness of sins (Mt. 26:26~28).

So
Christ must bring back the truth of Passover to give us eternal life. No pastor, or priest or theologian can bring back Passover, only God Almighty Himself. So whoever brings back Passover is 2nd Coming Christ according to the Bible. So if Ahnsahnghong brought back the Passover and established the Church of God, He is none other than Christ who came a 2nd time!!!! I truly want to give God Ahnsahnghong eternal thanks and praises for his love and grace!!!!

The Wages of Sin Is Death (World Mission Society Church of God)

The Bible says that death came to all men because all sinned (Rom 5:12). Those who do not believe in God complain, saying, "Whenever we go to the church, we hear that we are sinners. Why do Christians say that?" However, in actuality, all people are basically sinners.

We do believe in God. So, we give thanks and praise to God for having saved us, sinners, who were destined to die. Even we, who admit ourselves to be sinners, do not completely realize what kind of sin we committed, and fail to repent fully. We need to examine ourselves.

God has saved us, who committed the most grievous sin. Now, let's take time to ruminate about how great God's saving grace is.

The heavenly children who committed sin

2,000 years ago, when Jesus came to this earth, He began to preach the gospel with the word, "Repent!" (Matt 4:17). The Bible teaches us that we were angels in heaven before we were born on this earth. What happened to us in heaven, that Christ urged us to repent when He came to this earth to save mankind and first began to preach?
Let's consider the kingdom of heaven where we originally lived, and find out the will of God who has saved us.

Pr. 8:22~31『"The LORD brought me forth as the first of his works, before his deeds of old; I was appointed from eternity, from the beginning, before the world began. When there were no oceans, I was given birth, when there were no springs abounding with water; before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was given birth, before he made the earth or its fields or any of the dust of the world. ... and when he marked out the foundations of the earth. Then I was the craftsman at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind.』

In the above verses, "I" designates Solomon, who was the third king of Israel.(pr. 1:1) When he wrote the book of Proverbs, he stated that he already existed before the creation of the earth. From this, we can see that he existed as a spiritual being before he came to this earth and he lived in the angelic world, the kingdom of God.
Not only Solomon but also all humans born on this earth were angels who lived in the kingdom of heaven, filled with delight day after day. Why have such glorious angels come down to this earth to live such painful lives? There must be a certain reason for such a tragic result. As we consider that Christ told us to "repent" when He reminded us of the heavenly kingdom, we can guess that we committed something that needs repenting, when we were in heaven.

1Jn. 1:8~10『If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.』

Christ didn't tell the innocent and righteous to repent. We all committed sin in heaven and were cast down to the earth. Then, what kind of sin did we commit in heaven that we were thrown down to the earth? We need to know the nature and magnitude of our sin.

The sin committed in heaven

The Bible tells us how the king of Babylon and the king of Tyre lived before they came to the earth. Like Solomon and all the other people born on this earth, they were also angels who enjoyed delight and glory in heaven.

Isa. 14:4, 12~15『you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon ... How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.' But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit.』

Eze. 28:11~17『"Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says . . . You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, ... Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared. You were anointed as a guardian cherub, ... You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you. Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelled you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings.』

In the above verses, we can see that the angels, who became proud and tried to raise their throne above the stars of God, finally committed sin and were punished by God. Through the case of the king of Babylon and the king of Tyre, God shows us how grave sin we committed in heaven before we came to this earth.

We were so proud and rebellious that we committed treason against God in heaven and were cast down to this earth. We committed such a horrendous sin in heaven. That's why we live a life full of pain and sorrow on this earth and then die in the end. Let's consider the degree or intensity of our sin through a verse in Romans 6.

The wages of our sin is death

We seem to live freely on this earth, but viewed from the spiritual world we are confined by the restraints of time and space. We are sinners destined to die eternally, that is, we are prisoners on death row.

Ro. 6:23『For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.』

Living in this world, humans may commit a crime or offense like breaking traffic regulations under unavoidable circumstances. However, the death penalty is not imposed for minor offenses. Considering that the wages of our sin is death, we can see that the sin we committed is so grave that it can never be atoned for without death.

Spiritually we are condemned prisoners who committed a terrible sin in heaven and have come down to this earth. Nevertheless, we easily forget this fact. So, Christ told us to repent, humble ourselves, and serve others. By this He ultimately meant that we should realize we are sinners.

Recently I watched a documentary about condemned prisoners. Prisoners on death row suffer from anxiety and fear from the day when they are sentenced to death, unaware of when they will be executed. From the moment they wake up in the morning, they are in constant fear that they could be executed today and get even frightened when they are called out to meet a visitor. As they go to bed after the evening roll call, they put their minds at ease, thankful that the day passed without execution. This is the life of prisoners on death row; they live in fear of death every day.

They all say that once they are forgiven for their sins, they will pay their debt to society for the rest of their lives. If somebody tells them to serve all people, saying he's going to forgive them, they will do that wholeheartedly. If he tells them to lead other prisoners to repentance, they will also do that. No matter what words they hear, even if somebody slaps them on their cheeks, they will put up with it. They were on death row but now their lives have been saved. Isn't there anything they wouldn't do? Nothing.

If anyone shows himself off and tries to exalt himself over others, it's because he still does not realize who he is. When Father and Mother saved us sinners, who were waiting for death, They told us to be humble, serve one another, and be considerate of each other. We are obligated to follow Their words because we have received the forgiveness of sins through Their boundless love.

The grace of God who has atoned for our sin leading to death

There is a law in heaven, too. To forgive our sin, without breaking the heavenly law, our heavenly Father and Mother have become the sin offering for us. Only death could expiate our sin, so our heavenly Parents paid the penalty that we deserved for our sin, in our stead, enduring all kinds of sufferings.

Isa. 53:1~6『Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? ... Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.』

We've been redeemed from sin at a great price; our Father died in our place for our sins, and our Mother suffered in our stead. Since our Father and Mother have taken up all our iniquities, we've been able to be saved.
God established the law of the Passover so that His children might not forget His death, and let them eat His flesh and drink His blood through the Passover.

Jn. 6:53~57『Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. ... so the one who feeds on me will live because of me."』

Mt. 26:17~19, 26~28『... So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. ... While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."』

In the Passover is contained the love of God who gave His body as a ransom to save us, the condemned prisoners who were destined for death. The Passover also contains God's earnest command not to forget His love and not to fall into sin again.

For a convict on death row, there can be no greater joy than to hear the news that he will be forgiven for his sin and his life will be saved. When the Passover comes every year, we just rejoice in having received eternal life, eating bread and wine. In reality, we are the most un-filial of all in the universe because we've gained life by eating our Parents' flesh and drinking Their blood. However, our Father and Mother were pleased just with the fact that Their children repented and were not involved in the same sin again (see Isa. 53:10~11).

When we eat the Passover bread, we have to remember that our Parents gave Their precious body and blood for us to eat in order to save us. When we drink the Passover wine, we have to remember that our sin was so great that it couldn't be forgiven without the precious blood of our Parents, and we should give thanks to Them for Their sacrifice. When we do this, we can be said to have truly realized the truth of the new covenant.

Live a purgatorial life by realizing the true meaning of the new covenant

Now, let's obey everything God has told us. God said to us, "Serve one another, be humble, and preach fervently." There is a certain reason why God has commanded us to do so.

There is nothing that condemned prisoners can't do if only they can be forgiven for their sins. Whatever they do, no matter how hard and difficult the task is, it will be a very joyful time for them, compared to the time they spent waiting for death. We are such sinners who need to continue repenting desperately.

There are many Christians who say they are sinners but do not know what kind of sin they committed, so they sin repeatedly. The children of Zion must not be like them. We are not righteous. We didn't do anything good in heaven before we came to this earth, so we have no right to rule over others. All we have to do is repent much and always live a contrite life.

Thinking of the Christ who took our place and died for us the mortal sinners, Paul realized that nothing in the world would be able to separate us from the love of Christ.

Ro. 8:31-39 『... Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ... For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.』

Paul beat his body and submitted himself to God's word every day; he preached the gospel in spite of all dangers, with a determination that he would live for the Lord if he lived, and that if he died, he would die for the Lord. After he realized how great and precious God's love was, he couldn't stop being joyful and thankful to God, and he told his brothers to be joyful always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances.

Remember that our sin deserves the death penalty. What does God want from us who have received the forgiveness of sins through God's deep and profound love? What is most pleasing to God is realizing His love and leading all people around the world to the kingdom of heaven by teaching them the way to have the forgiveness of sins and guiding them to repentance. This is the reason why we preach the new covenant. If we fully understand the new covenant, we should please our Father and Mother by practicing such devotion and love.

The 144,000 who are redeemed from the earth do not insist on doing things their own way but follow the Lamb wherever He goes (Rev. 14:1~5). They do not follow Him blindly, but they are willing to do everything for God, who has forgiven their sins and given them life, since they have realized that they are sinners who should have paid the price for their sin with death. We need to realize the severity of our sin, look back upon our past, come to complete repentance, and obey everything God has commanded us. I truly want you children of heaven to preach the good news of salvation to all people around the world and participate in God's great work of saving all mankind together.

Christ Ahnsahnghong who brought salvation(World Mission Society Church of God)

In order to realize the true 2nd coming Christ in these last days, we must take a careful study of the bible and see what are the characteristics of Christ when he appears a 2nd time and in doing so realize Him who has returned to save us.

Heb. 9:28『So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people, and He will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him.』

Thus, Christ purpose for His second coming is to bring salvation. Then, what is salvation according to the Bible?

Lk. 1:77『And to bring His people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins.』

Salvation= Forgiveness of sins

Meaning 2nd coming Christ must give us Forgiveness of Sins. Let us therefore see what the Bible testifies according to being forgiven.

Eph. 1:7『In Him(Christ) we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace.』

Through Christ blood we have Forgiveness of sins! So how can we attain the Blood of Christ and thus be forgiven??

Mt. 26:17~28『...So the disciples did just as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover...Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it all of you. This is My blood of the covenant which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."』

On the Passover night Christ promised us His precious blood, forgiving sins. So the true salvation comes by keeping the Passover. Therefore, in order to recognize the true Second Coming Christ He must restore the truth of the Passover, New Covenant.

In these last days, Christ Ahnsahnghong is the one who has restored the truth of life and established the Passover once again.

Christ Ahnsahnghong is Second Coming Christ!

I give thanks to christ ahnsahnghong who brought us the Passover again so that we can return to our eternal home, heaven.

Baptism(the teaching of the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong)

World Mission Society Church of God performs baptism, according to the teaching of the Bible.

Second coming Christ Ahnsahnghong taught us baptism which is truth of the new covenant.

God’s children value the laws of God. Let us introduce the truths of the new covenant of the early Church, which were restored by the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Man is mortal. Why has man become a slave to death? The Bible tells us that all men come to die on account of their sin.

We cannot have life when we are still filled with sin. In order to receive eternal life, our sins must be disposed of. Baptism is the first step we can take toward salvation. Through this gracious regulation of God, our sins are cleansed and we are atoned.

Therefore, the Church of God performs baptism, according to the teaching of the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

The Origin of Baptism

God promised His people that He would send the prophet Elijah to prepare the way for Him; Elijah would appear before God came to the earth as the Messiah. The purpose of Elijah's coming was to testify about the Messiah, and to "make straight" the way for Him.

Isa. 40:3『A voice of one calling: "In the desert prepare the way for the LORD; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God."』

John the Baptist was sent to fulfill the mission of Elijah. He preached the news of repentance to the Israelites who did not obey the words of God, being confined within their hypocritical faith.

Mt. 3:7~9『But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not think you can say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.'"』

Mk. 1:4~5『And so John came, baptizing in the desert region and preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.』

John did not baptize people by his own will, but according to the orders he had received from God, who had sent him.

God established the principle of the forgiveness of sins through baptism, so that we could realize that baptism is one of God's righteous laws, given to us for our salvation (1Jn. 1:33). Therefore, Jesus set the example of being baptized, by John the Baptist, to institute baptism as a sacred law.

Mt. 3:14~15『But John tried to deter him, saying, "I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?" Jesus replied, "Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness."』

Mt. 21:32『For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him..." 』

Baptism, the truth of righteousness, was not only an ordinance to testify about Jesus, but it was also a law of the new covenant, for Jesus himself baptized people and set the example of being baptized with water (Mt. 3:16).

Jn. 3:22~23『After this, Jesus and his disciples went out into the Judean countryside, where he spent some time with them, and baptized. Now John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because there was plenty of water, and people were constantly coming to be baptized.』

When Should We Be Baptized?

Baptism is the first step toward receiving God's favor, through which we receive the forgiveness of sins. It has been likened to the birth of a baby coming out of the womb. As our body is born from the womb and then learns about the world one by one, our spirit removes its sins and transgressions through baptism, being born again as a child of God. Then, after baptism, we learn about God's providence and the secrets of the kingdom of heaven.

Eph. 1:7~9『In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding...』

Without receiving the forgiveness of sins, we cannot be given the wisdom to recognize God. Therefore it is against God's will to insist that baptism should be given after six or twelve months of studying. If we want to believe in God, we should be baptized first. After, we are given the opportunity to participate in God's divine nature through our life of faith.

Here are some examples of those who, upon hearing the good news of Jesus, participated in God's righteousness by being baptized.

A eunuch who was in charge of the treasury of Candace [queen of the Ethiopians] was baptized while traveling along the road, immediately after Philip had testified to him about the Christ (Ac. 8:26~38). A woman named Lydia, a purple cloth dealer, received Paul's message and believed in Jesus; she, and her household, was baptized immediately (Ac. 16:13~15). And a jailer, who patrolled the gate of the prison where Paul and Silas were confined, heard about Jesus. Immediately he-and his family-came to believe in Jesus, and were baptized (Ac. 16:25~33). Baptism means the rebirth of our spirit and it is the starting point of our faith in God.

Through baptism, we promise God that we will repent of our past sins and that we will follow the will of God. In return, God promises that he will remember us in the time of Judgment.

Suppose there is a church that insists that someone should be baptized after six months or one year, after his faith has grown. If he dies while learning the doctrines of this particular denomination-without having the promise of God's salvation-who will be responsible for his soul?

Baptism and Rebirth

All men are destined to die because of their sin. The kingdom of heaven is a place where our physical bodies can never step foot. Even though our bodies are slaves to sin and destined to die, God allows us the opportunity to return to heaven. To enter the eternal kingdom, our spirit should be born again.

Jn. 3:3~5『In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." "How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!" Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit."』

Ro. 6:3~11『Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life...Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him...In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.』

The purpose of the law of baptism is not to wash the dirt off of our body, but to wash the sin off of our soul, so that we may be revived.

Baptism and the Book of Life

Jesus said, "No one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit." To be "born again" means to be born a second time-being born of the Spirit (Jn. 3:1-8). As one's name is recorded in the census when he is born, so is one's name written in the book of life after he is born again of the Spirit. Therefore, when someone is baptized, his name is written in the Church's book of life, and most importantly, is also written in the book of life in heaven.

Mt. 16:19『"I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."』

Like this, when one's name is written in the book of life on earth, it is also written in the book of life in heaven. The Apostle Paul said:

1Co. 4:15『...for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.』

Php. 3:20『But our citizenship is in heaven. ...』

Php. 4:3『Yes, and I ask you, loyal yokefellow, help these women who have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.』

And Jesus said:

Lk. 10:20『"However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."』

Ps. 69:27-28『Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation. May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.』

Even if we diligently believe in God, unless our names are written in the book of life, we can never enter the kingdom of heaven. As it is written:

Rev. 20:15『If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.』

Rev. 21:27 『Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.』

Isa. 4:3~4 『Those who are left in Zion, who remain in Jerusalem, will be called holy, all who are recorded among the living in Jerusalem. The Lord will wash away the filth of the women of Zion; he will cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.』

The prophet Daniel wrote:

Da. 12:1『"At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people-everyone whose name is found written in the book-will be delivered."』

But David, the writer of Psalms, wrote:

Ps. 69:27~28『Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation. May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.』

Even though someone's name has been written in the book of life, his name will be blotted out of the book of life if he commits the unforgivable sin.

Rev. 3:5~6『"He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels."』

Through baptism, we receive the forgiveness of our sins, our names are written in the book of life in heaven, and we are born again with a new life, just as Jesus was raised from the dead. That is why we are baptized. If we have not been baptized, we cannot keep the Passover, and unless we keep the Passover, our names cannot be written in the book of life. We must be baptized, and then keep the Passover, so that we can escape the last plagues and enter the eternal kingdom of heaven.

Baptism

The Bible tells us to be baptized immediately and receive the forgiveness of sins. World Mission Society Church of God follows this.

Man is mortal. Why cant we live forever? The Bible explains that we die because of our sin(Ro 6:23 For the wages of sin is death).

Baptism is the first step toward God and through this we can get the forgiveness of sins.

Ac. 2: 38Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit"

If we want to get eternal life, first we should be baptized. God gave us the new life through baptism (Ro. 6:3~11). It’s a law not to wash the dirt of our body, but to wash the sin of our soul so that we may revive anew. Then when should we be baptized? The Bible tells us to be baptized immediately because we dont know what a day may bring forth(Pr. 27:1).

The eunuch of the Ethiopian queen was baptized immediately on the road, after he realized Jesus(Ac. 8:27) ).

And a woman named Lydia was baptized immediately when apostle Paul preached to her(Ac. 16:13).

Like this, the ancestors of our faith were baptized immediately as soon as they realized the Savior regardless of time and place.

Through Baptism, God has promised the forgiveness of sins and we are born again as a new life. So lets be baptized immediately and be forgiven and be saved.
