Contrary to their thoughts, this verse obviously shows us that they had to work on Sunday to save up the money for collections. Sunday is not a day to worship God, but to work. Therefore, this is also a lie that Sunday service is in the Bible.
What will happen to those at the last day who lie that the Lord's day is Sunday?
Rev 21:8 Those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars―their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
They, liars, will be put into the fiery lake of burning sulfur at the last day.
We learned through the Bible that the Lord's Day is the Sabbath. Sadly, many people still insist that Sunday is the Lord's Day and that they do not have to observe the Sabbath in the Bible.
